And Then There is Just Beauty

There are words, and then there are pictures.  I think the greatest honor I have been given is to stand in the presence of Her, and all that She is, and all that She can be.   The greatest I can be in service to Her is to be a steward of this land that I have been entrusted with; to the land, and its plants and animals, both native and introduced, in harmony together.

To this end we take but we give back.  To this end we make sure that the animals we introduce do not over-graze, do not lessen but help grow the land in their interactions with it.  We are, all of us, in a relationship with each other:  land, animal, plant, ground, water…together we grow, we learn, we replenish each other.

Sometimes with nutrients.  Sometimes with just beauty.
