We’d like to share some of our recipes and foodstuffs with you. All of our recipes are gluten-free. In addition, we only use organic ingredients, or meats that are hormone and antibiotic/medication free. All of our food is non-GMO. (There is no safe amount of GMO) More and more our food will come from our own farm.
Our diet, which is based open a Traditional Diet, is made up of meats, vegetables, a little fruit, eggs, raw goat’s milk (including raw milk cheeses, cultured butter and yogurt) and raw honey. We have a little brown and wild rice here and there as well. We are learning to do a lot with fermentation both for health, and food preservation.
I can truly say we have never been healthier. Our weight is great, we are strong, fit, and very healthy. We also follow a yeast-free diet, and a nightshade-free diet (tomato, eggplant, potato, and peppers) in addition to a gluten-free diet.
